A thunderstorm rolls overhead after a nice day on the canoe. But now, there has to be a way back to the cabin to avoid all danger. There is a shallow stream you can take quickly to the cabin, or you'll have to leave the canoe and hike through the thick woods. You're friend wants to take the stream back while it's faster. What do you say? [[Rowing will be more efficient.]] [[Hiking's a great exercise though.]]The stream splits into two. One rivers to the right, and the other on the left. "Which way do we take?" the friend says. [[Left.]] [[Right.]]You're friend hesitates but leaves their laziness with the canoe. While hiking in the woods, a downpour rain starts. A tree has fallen down on the path, and mud surrounds the sides. "Let's stay on the dry path," your friend says. [[Let's climb over the tree.]] [[I'd rather get mud on my hiking shoes. That's what they're for.]]You follow your friend and hop over the tree. When you make it over, thin invisible strings stick to your hand. Webbing. Your friend screams ahead of you as a wolf spider bites its fangs into them. "What should I do?" your friend asks. "It won't shake off!" [[Smack it off with your hand.]] [[Pull it from it's hair away from you.]]Both of you splatter your feet in the mucky filth. You walk around the tree to meet face to face with a grizzly bear. "What do we do?" your friend asks. [[Pet it.]] [[Walk away.]]Your friend smacks the spider off, but it's fangs broke off and buried deep into the muscle. They're dizzy and slowly blacking out. "Let's go back to the cabin and use my tweasers," your friend says. [[There's a puddle of water from the rain. Let's try to rinse it out.]] [[The cabin's close. We can make it.]]They pull the spider from their muscle. Its fangs glide out from their skin with bloody jam dripping out. "We need to clean this now," your friend says. [[I think we should call 9-1-1.]] [[We need to get back to the cabin and dab alcohol on it.]]Water didn't do the trick. The fangs are trapped in the muscle. The infection spreaded, and your friend drops into the mud. "Help," your friend says. [[It's okay. I'm going to stay with you.]] [[I'm running to the cabin to call in a helicopter.]]You carry your friend to the cabin and lay them down on the couch. "Can I have some water?" your friend asks. [[Sure. One second.]] [[I have to call 9-1-1 first.]]Your friend's heartbeat stops. You leave them in the downpouring rain as they soak in the mud. You finish your journey off by entering the cabin. This cabin trip ruined your life. You made it into the cabin, called 9-1-1, and stayed on the wall phone with the responder. A helicopter flew in near the cabin, and you showed the way to your blacked-out friend. The medics inject a chemical to fight off the posion from the spider bite. They pull the fangs out and clean the wound. Your friend keeps breathing, then they're airshipped to the hospital. You head back into the cabin, grab the car keys, and leave for the hospital. It was a lucky save in cabin life.Arriving to the cabin, you pour alcohol on your friend's wound. They burst out crying in pain while the alcohol causes the posion in their body to sting. You go back with your first plan and call 9-1-1. The helicopter flies in and picks up your friend in tears. The medics will take good care of them.A helicopter flies in. Your friend appreciates you being there by their side the entire time. What a story they're going to have to tell.Your friend pets the bear. The monsterous stuffed animal bites your friend's hand off. Blood gallons on the ground. The bear spits out the hand with its bones and walks away. You rush to the cabin and call 9-1-1. The helicopter flies in within minutes and takes your blacked-out friend to the hospital. Your friend may never forgive you from the advice you gave them.Slowly, but surely, you both inched away from the big bear. You hop back onto the dry path. Looking back at the tree, you're joyful you took the scenic route while a giant wolf spider crawls on the bark. Both you and your friend found a safe, dirty, and somewhat of an exciting way back to the cabin. In the cabin, your pour a glass of water for your friend. When you turn around, your friend is deep asleep. You set your fingers on their neck where there is no pulse in motion. You call 9-1-1, but the medics couldn't save him. "If only you would have called seconds earlier, we may have been able to save him," the medic said.Your friend dozes to a deep sleep while you're on the phone. The helicopter arrives. They put a mask on your friend to keep their heart pumping. They escort them to the hospital for recovery. You're carried down whitewater rapids to a drizzling rainbow. Your body rises out from your seat as you hover in front of the falling water. Hundreds of feet below, your head plunders into a boulder. The stream shallows out. You can no longer row the canoe. "Do we trudge through the water? I'm hot." [[I could use a good dip in the water.]] [[No. We should walk on the beach.]]A sudden shockwave electrocutes the water. Thunder rumbles the water into ripples. You were eletrocuted. You and your friend encounter venemous snakes slithering through the sand from the woods. "We should definitely run." [[Follow the sand back to the cabin.]] [[Head for the water.]]You and your friend survive a deadly chase from the snakes, making it back to the cabin safely, and out of breath. When you splash into the water, the snakes dive in. They appear to survive in the water and swim towards you. They bite your legs, injecting a deathly venom inside of you. Your body is left to float on the surface.
